| 1. CBR Introduction Course For the CBR introduction course to be admitted one needs to have: At least 1 year of experience in CBR. At least a general certificate of secondary education. Good English language skills Upon acceptance a contract between the course participant and Enablement and - when applicable - the sending organisation will be signed. The draft contract will be sent to the prospective participants as part of the admission procedure. The study load for the CBR introduction course is 120 hours (including preparation and a post-training assignment). Upon completion of the CBR introduction course, a certificate of attendance will be issued by Enablement. Training materials such as a course reader, books, flash-disk and other additional materials are included in the course fee. When: 20/03 - 31/03 Where: Kathmandu Nepal, Dhulikhel Lodge For whom: Staff of (Non) Governmental Organisations working in CBR / DID Course fee: € 1750, inclusive of tuition fees, airport transfers and full board and lodging. Nepali participants pay a local fee of € 750. Application deadline: 17 February 2023 Minimum # of participants: 12 Trainers: Huib Cornielje and several local trainers 2. M&E in CBR course - from output to impact For the M&E in CBR course to be admitted, one needs to have: At least 3 years of experience in CBR as a manager, supervisor or field worker Minimally a certification of higher education Good English language skills Upon acceptance a contract between the course participant and Enablement and - when applicable - the sending organisation will be signed. The draft contract will be sent to the prospective participants as part of the admission procedure. The study load for the M&E in CBR course is 80 hours (including preparation and a post-training assignment). Upon completion of the M&E in CBR course a certificate of attendance will be issued by Enablement. Training materials such as a course reader, books, flash-disk and other additional materials are included in the course fee. When: 22/05- 02/06 Where: Kathmandu Nepal, Dhulikhel Lodge For whom: Managers, policymakers and evaluators in CBR / DID Course fee: € 995, inclusive of tuition fees, airport transfers and full board and lodging. Nepali participants pay a local fee of € 495. Application deadline: 14 April 2023 Minimum # of participants: 12 Trainers: Huib Cornielje and several local trainers 3. Management and Leadership in CBR and DID For the Management and Leadership in CBR training there are the following requirements: At least 3 years of experience in CBR as manager, supervisor or field worker Minimally a certification of higher education Good English language skills Upon acceptance a contract between the course participant and Enablement and - when applicable - the sending organisation will be signed. The draft contract will be sent to the prospective participants as part of the admission procedure. The study load for the Management and Leadership in CBR training is 120 hours (including preparation and a post-training assignment). Upon completion of the Management and Leadership in CBR training a certificate of attendance will be issued by Enablement. Training materials such as a course reader, books, flash-disk and other additional materials are included in the course fee. When: 18/09 - 29/09 Where: The Netherlands For whom: managers and policymakers in CBR / DID Course fee: € 2250, inclusive of tuition fees, and airport transfers, but exclusive of board and lodging. Application deadline: 04 August 2023 Minimum # of participants: 12 Core trainer: Huib Cornielje and several local trainers Note: the study load for each training programme represents 40 hours per week. |
